Course Objectives :
The HR IT introduction module is designed to briefly look at the main areas of business end interest within the package. It will introduce students to the interaction between Human Resource management and the various elements of the IT package.

During the course the following areas will be covered:
- Basic Principles.
- Employee data input and retrieval.
- Posts.
- Overview of available screens and usage.
- Entering Leave and Sickness.
- Report Considerations.

Who should attend?
This module is available to GLSU staff only and is mandatory on initial employment. New topics will be introduced as the HR product is developed further. It may therefore be worth attending the course again in order to keep up on latest developments!
