Course Objectives :
The course is designed to furnish participants with an insight into best practice and procedures in the carrying out of worksite inspections.
During the course, the following areas will be covered:
a. Initial considerations.
b. The handling of difficult situations.
c. Interview methods and their practical implementation.
d. The preparation, structure and production of reports, including job descriptions.
e. Grievance options in respect of DEL and Dependant employees.
f. The role of the Units Works Council in the process.
g. The seminar will be interactive with individual participation in interview situations and final report writing.
